This was my first purchase of this type. The cost was low, and once I placed the order it arrived a few days later. Over the years I have dealt with a lot of other companies and were used to getting okay quality. But buying directly from Cricut was the Best thing ever! The quality is amazing, the processing time was fast, and the shipping was fast too. I ordered a bunch of different materials for a big project that I created both logos and script. My favorite set of vinyl I have purchased. Easy to use. The color is strong and vibrant. I have tried other makes but I always go back to the Cricut version as it is far superior to anything else. I appreciate the smooth transaction and will be using Cricut for all my future machines, so order yours today! Aging Beef

All Snake River Farms and Double D Ranch products are aged to maximize the flavor and texture of our beef. They employ two different methods:

Wet-Aging

A technique where subprimal cuts of beef are vacuum-sealed and allowed to rest in refrigeration for a minimum of 21 days. Natural enzymes tenderize the beef and allow deeper flavors to develop. The product is not exposed to the air, so there is no weight loss. Our products are all wet-aged 21 days or more before they are packaged and shipped.

Dry-Aging

A unique process where beef subprimal is placed in a carefully controlled environment in order to intensify their natural flavor and make them more tender. All products are dry-aged a minimum of 45 days which is the minimum amount of time to enhance the flavor.

How are the animals fed?

Snake River Farms American Wagyu Beef cattle are grass and hay fed on pasture for the first year of their life. They are then fed a sustainable diet of hay, forages, as well as potatoes, vitamins, and minerals. SRF cattle will never receive any growth agents or growth-promoting hormones.

The product arrived well-packaged and completely frozen. Not a speck of silver skin or gristle. These are wonderful and will be a welcome meal when my son comes home from college for winter break. They can’t come home for Thanksgiving so I wanted to be sure there is something extra special for that 4-week break. The meat itself was tender and flavorful. My Review of Flat Iron Steak

The product arrived well-packaged and completely frozen. After thawing the meat, I was able to make two large portions, and still have enough left over for a couple of steaks as well. I used some of the trimmings to make some beef stock as well. The meat itself was tender and flavorful. A fantastic product that I would definitely order again! I pan-fried them in butter to seal them and baked them for 5 minutes at 400 degrees. Perfect Medium rare and tender. Highly recommended. I ordered some ribeyes just based on the taste of the first order. You won’t go wrong ordering get this meat. The packaging is extremely professional as well. Thanks for a great meal!
