Key Features Common to Both types of Compak E10 grinders
• “Parallel System” grind regulator lock. A small locking screw called the “regulation break” is loosened and the grind can be easily adjusted then locked into position by tightening the regulation break.
• Micrometric regulator allows step-less adjustment of the grind, so critical for getting the very best espresso possible.
• The 1 and 2 “On Demand” buttons can be set so that it is simple to grind and dispense the right amount of coffee each time. This can be done with either the “1” and “2” buttons on the control panel, or by activating the portafilter switch by pressing the portafilter into place with one or two pushes. I love this coffee grinder. Making coffee takes time, and it takes time to get your grind and tamp weight right, but your patience is rewarded drink after drink. Making foam is a breeze when the grind is just right. Just as pictured! First of all, you get a quick delivery, so order yours today! You actually need less grind time per cup than the timer dictates so you can just adjust for that. Grinder feeds well and after initial static, it pretty much shakes out well. Makes greats espressos, cappuccinos, and americanos. This coffee may be my favorite and I have purchased from them several times in the past, but during this horrendous Covid-19 Virus Crisis I could not get out to purchase at any stores. Fortunately, purchasing online is quick and easy and I ordered directly. Surprisingly, I was impressed with the customer service keeping me coming back for future purchases. Highly recommended.
